The development plan was a part of our goal setting sheet activity and the Career Wheel; we wrote three main goals, and the development plan was the next. Basically, this development plan will help me increase my career capital if executed flawlessly. My first goal is to be a successful marketing professional, and in order to achieve this, I need to put the lessons to heart, earn my degree, and get a job that will increase my knowledge and will eventually add to my career capital. My next goal is to make enough money to sustain a business after getting a job. Learning from the responsibilities of the position and establishing a licensed business. My last goal is to develop more companies in different ventures.
