This goal setting exercise enables students to have a clear goal either just within the module and also in their entire career. As seen on my listed goals, mine has gone beyond the professional career and into personal goals in life. Goals one and two are within the corporate roles or eight-to-five jobs, which is normal.

The third goal is my ultimate dream in life, to not only be successful but also an owner of multiple businesses. I want to learn how to run a business in different industries, and I want my future businesses to have values—not only for profit. I understand that before getting the third goal, I still have a lot of money to save and tons of knowledge to learn. First, I need to get a job and increase my knowledge of the responsibilities of that position. Second, add experience and more knowledge, and eventually, start my first licensed business. Ultimately, learn from the jobs that I will encounter and sustain one business first.
