The sample interview activity was given on February 23rd; this activity was given as a practice before interviewing a corporate professional for the assessment. I could not attend physical classes that day because of health concerns; fortunately for me, another student could not make it to physical classes as well. So, Jose and I decided to partner up for this activity, and knowing his personality, I knew that he is kind of a perfectionist—I liked that about him. In the mock interview, I did not have a hard time thinking of questions since I used to interview applicants for a living. Jose And I took turns as interviewer and interviewee; we documented the whole interview, which was played in class a week later. Overall, this was a great exercise which allowed the entire class to practice before interviewing a professional.
