In a business sense, companies use the SWOT analysis to analyze their market status and strategic planning (Benzaghta et al., 2021); internal and external elements and existing and projected potential are included in the SWOT analysis (Vlados, 2019). Although the sole purpose of the SWOT analysis activity presented to us is to evaluate ourselves, the skills and abilities we show as strengths and how we excel in specific tasks and also to analyze how to improve our weaknesses—and further understand what it takes to continuously improve ourselves.

 

My SWOT analysis is an in-depth overview of how I see myself; this exercise has led me to be genuine with myself and my abilities. My experience as a sourcing associate has relatively impacted my strengths, where I also discovered some of my weaknesses.
